Your Claude Code skills live in a folder on one laptop. Skill Relay puts them in claude.ai on the web, the desktop app, and your phone.

Needs Node 18 or newer. It reads ~/.claude/skills, refuses to upload anything that looks like a secret, and prints your private connector URL.
In claude.ai go to Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste the URL, and leave it on No sign-in. Every skill shows up as its own tool.
Start a chat with "use my skills to..." and Claude searches your skills and picks the one that fits. Push again whenever you edit a skill; each push replaces the last one.
